Welcoming COMANCO’s New Hire Class: A Week of Training, Safety, and Team Work.
COMANCO is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest new hire class. This diverse group consisted of 11 exceptional individuals: nine dedicated Laborers & Liner Technicians, one skilled Foreman, and a talented Project Engineer. The week-long training proved to be an invaluable experience, helping them develop an understanding of our company culture. Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of adhering to safety regulations.
The intense yet rewarding experience laid the foundation for their future success at COMANCO.
Safety First:
At COMANCO, safety is our top priority, and we spare no effort in ensuring our team members are well-equipped to handle any situation. During the training program, the new hires were provided with comprehensive instruction on a range of crucial safety practices. This included in-depth reviews of OSHA guidelines, Fall Protection Procedures (FPP). As well as training in Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid techniques.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Once our new hires complete their safety courses, they begin their task training. But what exactly does this entail? Task training at COMANCO is a dynamic hands-on program designed to equip our employees with the practical experience necessary for success in the field.

Building a Solid Foundation:
