Introducing Group 2: Empowering COMANCO’s Project Leaders through Hands-on Training
COMANCO’s second group of project leaders successfully completes hands-on leadership training. This dynamic program brought together 13 individuals, including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen, who eagerly embraced a two-day journey focused on enhancing their leadership skills, emphasizing project communication.
Unlike traditional lecture-style sessions, this training experience encourages active engagement and team-building challenges spanning two days. During this immersive program, participants are pushed outside their comfort zones, facing high-pressure scenarios that demand quick thinking and decisive action. Using marbles, ping pong balls, and playing cards to sharpen their presentation skills and enhance their ability to react efficiently in demanding situations.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Following the training, our Project Leaders can showcase their Bass fishing and clay shooting prowess during stimulating post-training activities. These experiences foster camaraderie and further reinforce the principles of teamwork and collaboration.
