COMANCO Superintendent Larry Graham looks over the subgrade being prepared for the remaining eleven acres of 60 mil liner installation needed to complete his project.
The total liner installation is 40 acres that was split into three phases. Larry and his crew have worked hard to stay on schedule and meet critical deadlines for this high-profile project. This project is scheduled to complete mid-May 2020.
