Prior to any work commencement, COMANCO’s project team utilize their unique preparation methods to precisely set up installations for effective use of time and materials.
Our QA/QC personnel utilizes ‘for construction’ AutoCAD drawings to develop three-dimensional proposed panel placements that efficiently minimize seams and subsequent extrusion welding, as well as maximize material use (minimize material waste percentages). COMANCO also has certified, liner integrity surveyors for leak location of exposed or buried liner systems. This allows our team to recognize leaks or potential areas of concern before, during and after liner installation.
