This morning, new hires began a TASK Training class at COMANCO. The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) require TASK training for employees prior to task assignment. This training covers potential hazards and safety regulations associated with the task, manufacturer’s operating instructions/procedures and COMANCO’s expectations for work practices to be carried out. Hands-on demonstration and instruction promotes better understanding and greater knowledge of the safe operation of the equipment.
