This week the COMANCO’s Human Resources Department was represented by Natalia McElroy at the annual HR Florida Conference & Expo. Every year a COMANCO HR representative attends HR training sessions at this HR conference. HR at COMANCO is staying up to date on the current trends in employee benefits, recognition, recruitment, compliance, and talent management. It was an exciting day at the conference in Orlando and now – back to the HR office to put new ideas to work at COMANCO!
