The heap leach pad expansion project near Lovelock, Nevada has deployed over 1,500,000 square feet of 80-mil double sided HDPE geomembrane and reinforced geosynthetic clay liner (GCL). The 28 man crew led by superintendent Martin Calderon has encountered strong winds, cold temperatures, and even snow on this project! The COMANCO crew has had no incidents and continues to work hard to complete the job.
