Deployment Continues at Central California Landfill

by

COMANCO Environmental continues to move forward with installation at a landfill in Livermore California.  The crew has already installed over 630,000 SF of 270-mil double-sided geocomposite, 470,000 SF of 40-mil textured HDPE geomembrane, 225,000 SF of GCL, and 225,000 SF of 80-mil textured HDPE geomembrane. The crew has also welded over 1,900 LF to tie the new cell into an existing cell.

The 14-man crew, led by Superintendent Tony Sanchez, is moving forward safely and ahead of schedule. The crew has been facing constant winds on steep slopes but has taken the necessary measures to ballast all of the deployed materials. Keep up the good work Tony and we look forward to seeing the progression of this project.
