Superintendent Juan Gomez and a 12-man crew started deployment of the geosynthetics for a 5.5 acre cell expansion at the Southwest Landfill located in Canyon, Texas. COMANCO Environmental has been contracted to install a 60-mil HDPE geomembrane layer (smooth on the floor & textured on slopes) and a geocomposite layer (single-sided on floor & double-sided on slopes).
