COMANCO Fleet Attends J.J. Keller ELD Seminar

by

As the deadline for ELD (Electronic Logging Device) gets closer, COMANCO is vigorously field testing a large vendor system for suitability. The deadline has been set, and after December 18, 2017, COMANCO, as well as many other companies around the United States, will be required to have all CDL (Commercial Driver License) holders reporting hours on an ELD.

As part of our ELD test program. COMANCO Supervisor Don Goodson and Fleet Coordinator Karen Madigan attended J.J. Keller’s “Practical Guidance For ELog Success” Executive Seminar at The Renaissance Tampa in the International Plaza Mall today. The Seminar, lead by Paul Locke, Field Sales Manager and Kevin Smith, Compliance Specialist covered all the pertinent data points covering this fast approaching compliance obligation.

COMANCO takes compliance very seriously and has been evaluating the market options for the past 24 months. With a test group identified and a system in testing, COMANCO is in a strong position to gain compliance by early autumn.
