Today, COMANCO attended a training session titled “Managing the Well-Being of Employees: From Hire to Retire” at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel in Tampa, FL. The training sponsors and guest speakers were Kyle Schaneville with Select Physical Therapy, Wayne Jensen with Stahl & Associates Insurance, and Andy Tatum and Stephanie Rodriguez with The Zenith.
The topics covered in this seminar included: “Avoiding Strain Related Injury in Your Workplace”, “Avoid Hiring Your Next Injury”, and “Incident Investigation and Claims Management.”
This training provided some excellent insights and suggestions for pre-employment hiring initiatives and worker compensation best practices.
