Annual Physical Reminder:
You still have until December 31st, 2015 to complete your Annual Physical in time to pay less for medical insurance premiums in 2016!
COMANCO employees who participate in our Medical Plan need to call a doctor and get their physical exam scheduled by December 31, 2015, if they want to pay le$$ for their medical insurance in 2016. To verify that we have your 2015 Annual Physical Completion form, please contact Nathalia or Amanda in HR. If you plan to keep your spouse on our medical plan in 2016 and want to pay le$$ for the medical insurance premiums, please remind your spouse to take a physical in 2015 and send proof to HR as well.
