COMANCO Environmental has begun deployment of geosynthetics at a Southeast Idaho phosphate plant. The crew has started deployment on the steep slopes that surround the 61 acre stack. The crew did a great job of prepping the geocomposite vent strips, filling sand bags, and staging material to set up for an efficient deployment process.
In the first days of deployment, the crew installed over 330,000 SF of 60-mil textured HDPE geomembrane. Superintendent Arnulfo Martinez and crew are off to a great start despite facing rain, snow, and windy spring conditions. We look forward to seeing the progress on this project!
